简要说明：速划是一款以本地保存为主的思维导图应用。当前版本不要求注册账号，不主动收集或上传导图内容，也不集成广告、行为分析、位置、通讯录、相机、麦克风或推送服务。
速划（以下简称“本应用”）尊重并保护用户的隐私。本隐私政策用于说明本应用如何处理您在使用速划过程中产生的信息，以及您可以如何管理这些信息。请在使用本应用前阅读本政策。
一、我们处理的信息
1. 您在本应用中创建的内容
当您使用速划创建或编辑导图时，应用会在本设备上保存导图名称、节点文字、节点备注、节点层级、模板以及编辑时间等内容，以便提供导图编辑、搜索、模板套用、撤销和重做功能。
2. 个性化设置
为了记住您的使用偏好，本应用会在本设备上保存您主动设置的昵称、头像样式、语言选择、浅色或深色模式等信息。
3. 本应用不会主动收集的信息
当前版本不会主动收集或上传您的姓名、电话号码、精确位置、通讯录、照片、相机内容、麦克风内容、设备唯一标识符、IP 地址、广告标识符、浏览记录或跨应用行为数据。本应用也不提供账号注册、登录、个性化广告、社交分享、云同步或推送服务。
二、我们如何使用这些信息
本应用仅在本地使用相关信息，用于：
- 创建、编辑、显示、搜索和删除您的导图；
- 提供节点层级管理、拖拽排序、缩放平移、撤销与重做功能；
- 保存和套用精选模板及您自建的模板；
- 记住您的昵称、头像、语言和主题偏好；
- 响应您在应用内发起的删除、清空或设置变更操作。
三、信息的存储与安全
导图、模板和个性化设置主要保存在本设备的应用存储空间中。本版本没有将上述内容上传至速划服务器，也没有为此设置云端账户。我们会尽合理努力避免应用自身造成的数据丢失或异常，但设备损坏、系统故障、卸载应用或清除应用数据可能导致本地内容无法恢复。
您可以在“我的 → 设置”中使用“一键清空导图与模板”删除本地导图和自建模板；卸载本应用也会按照操作系统机制移除本应用的本地数据。
四、信息的共享与披露
当前版本不会出售、出租、交换或向第三方提供您的导图内容、模板内容或个性化设置。由于本应用当前没有云同步、广告、统计分析或第三方登录功能，不会基于这些功能向相关服务商共享上述内容。
如法律法规、司法机关或监管机构依法要求，我们可能在法律允许的范围内提供必要的信息，并尽量将相关要求告知您。
五、您的权利
您可以在本应用中直接访问、修改或删除导图、节点、备注、模板、昵称和头像设置，也可以通过“一键清空导图与模板”删除本地内容。如您认为本应用对您的信息处理存在问题，或希望进一步了解、行使相关权利，可以通过本政策末尾的邮箱联系我们。
六、第三方服务与外部链接
当前版本不集成广告、统计分析、社交登录或云存储 SDK，也不主动向第三方网站传输您的导图内容。如果未来版本新增网络服务或外部链接，我们会在更新隐私政策后再提供相关功能，并说明对应的信息处理方式。
七、儿童隐私
本应用不以未满 13 周岁的儿童为主要使用对象。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。如果监护人发现儿童在未经允许的情况下向我们提供了个人信息，请通过本政策末尾的邮箱联系我们。

In short: Suhua is a local-first mind-mapping app. The current version does not require an account, does not actively collect or upload map content, and does not include advertising, behavior analytics, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or push-notification services.
Suhua (the “App”) respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Suhua and how you can manage that information. Please read this policy before using the App.
1. Information We Handle
1.1 Content you create in the App
When you create or edit a map, the App stores the map name, node text, node notes, hierarchy, templates, and edit timestamps on your device. This local data is required to provide map editing, search, template creation, undo, and redo features.
1.2 Personalization settings
To remember your preferences, the App stores the nickname, avatar style, language choice, and light or dark mode setting that you choose on your device.
1.3 Information the current version does not actively collect
The current version does not actively collect or upload your name, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone content, device identifiers, IP address, advertising identifiers, browsing history, or cross-app behavior data. It also does not provide account registration, login, personalized advertising, social sharing, cloud sync, or push notifications.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used locally only to:
- create, edit, display, search, and delete your maps;
- provide node hierarchy, drag reordering, zoom and pan, undo, and redo;
- save and apply curated and user-created templates;
- remember your nickname, avatar, language, and appearance preferences;
- respond to delete, clear, or settings actions that you initiate in the App.
3. Storage and Security
Maps, templates, and personalization settings are primarily stored in the App’s local storage on your device. The current version does not upload this content to Suhua servers and does not require a cloud account for these features. We take reasonable steps to avoid data loss caused by the App, but device damage, system failure, uninstalling the App, or clearing App data may make local content unrecoverable.
You can use “Profile → Settings → Clear all maps & templates” to delete local maps and custom templates. Uninstalling the App also removes its local data according to the operating system’s rules.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
The current version does not sell, rent, exchange, or provide your map content, template content, or personalization settings to third parties. Because the current version has no cloud sync, advertising, analytics, or third-party login features, it does not share this content with service providers for those purposes.
We may provide information when required by applicable law, a judicial authority, or a regulatory authority, and will notify you where legally permitted.
5. Your Rights
You can access, edit, or delete maps, nodes, notes, templates, your nickname, and avatar settings directly in the App. You can also delete local maps and custom templates through the clear-library action. If you believe there is an issue with how the App handles information, or if you want to ask about or exercise a privacy right, contact us using the email address below.
6. Third-Party Services and External Links
The current version does not integrate advertising, analytics, social-login, or cloud-storage SDKs and does not actively send your map content to third-party websites. If a future version adds network services or external links, we will update this policy before providing those features and explain the relevant information practices.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information without permission, please contact us using the email address below.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the App changes, laws change, or our actual practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” and “Effective date.” If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide a notice in the App or by another reasonable method.
